• Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes once the request is approved, depending on the bank and payment method selected.

• Collusion — cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the bonus system.
• Bug exploitation — deliberately exploiting any technical error or system vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage.
• Chargeback — filing a payment dispute (chargeback) with your bank after a deposit has been successfully credited to your dhx4d account.
• Bonus abuse — repeatedly depositing and withdrawing solely to claim bonuses without genuine intent to play.
• Harassment and threats — threatening or harassing dhx4d staff or fellow players through any communication channel.
